Smoke-free: The accommodation offers a smoke-free environment. Many of our guests are non-smokers and as it is impossible to get rid of the smell of tobacco between bookings, we would request guests not to smoke in the apartments.
Booking deposit All booking applications must be accompanied by a deposit of £100 (150 euros)per week per unit. The deposit is accepted as part payment and should be made by cheque to the contact address. This deposit is normally non refundable.
You will receive confirmation of booking with an account of what remains to be paid.
Balance due should be paid six weeks before date of holiday or when booking is confirmed if there are fewer than six weeks in between confirmation and date of holiday. This will include a refundable deposit (see below).
Cancellation of a booking should be given in writing or by email. If the notice is received 30 – 22 days before the starting date of the holiday , the booking deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is received twentyone days or less before the holiday, the total payment will be forfeited.
Refundable deposit. A refundable deposit of £100.00 (€150.00) will be included in the balance due in respect of each apartment booked. This is to cover damage and/or loss of equipment or contents and/or special cleaning. Forfeiture of the deposit will occur if loss or damage is discovered by management prior to your departure. Otherwise it will be repaid within ten days.
Accommodation should be left clean and tidy as found and fit for use by the next clients. Faults or damage occurring or discovered during your stay should be reported to management as soon as possible.
Pets. We are sorry that we are not in a position to facilitate guests who wish to bring their dogs.
Electricity and heating are included in rental charge.
Cots and high-chairs are provided at no extra charge if you notify us in advance..
Linen and Towels are provided at no extra charge. Duvets, covers, sheets and pillowcases, personal towels and tea towels are provided, and also beach towels. Please note that you should bring linen for cots in all cases, including pillows, sheets and blankets. Please do not take towels, except beach towels, to the beach or swimming pool.
Arrival and Departure
Please arrive at your apartment between 4pm and 6pm and if later than 7pm please advise us in advance.
On the morning of departure, please leave your apartment by 10am to allow us sufficient time to prepare the property for our next guests. We ask that you please leave the property as you found it.
Families and Children
Each apartment and garden is suitable for children under normal supervision, but we must stress that no child or children can be left in the apartment or in the property without adult supervision
Apart from finding a well-equipped and comfortable apartment ready and waiting for your arrival, you will also find a welcome basket with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, salt, bread, butter and orange juice as well as some basic domestic starter supplies such as toilet paper, some washing up liquid and a cleaning agent.
